Vendor Listing & Content Policy

By creating or claiming a vendor listing, you confirm you are authorized to represent the business and that all information you provide is accurate. Occasionz may review, approve, reject, edit, remove, or suspend any listing or uploaded content at its discretion.

Accurate representation

• You are the business owner or an authorized representative.
• Business name, services, pricing, and contact details are truthful and current.
• You will not impersonate another business or misrepresent your offerings.

Licenses, permits and insurance

Every vendor makes this statement when they create or claim a listing:

“I confirm that I hold all licenses, permits and insurance required to provide my service, and that I will keep them current.”

• You are solely responsible for holding and renewing every license, permit and insurance policy your service requires where you provide it.
• You may tell us a license or permit number. Occasionz may confirm its current status with the issuing authority, and may show the date it did so. That is a record of a lookup on that date, not an ongoing guarantee.
• Occasionz does not license, inspect, certify or guarantee vendors. A “Claimed” or “Contact confirmed” label means only that the owner has claimed the listing or proved they can receive messages at its email or phone.

Content you upload

• You own the rights to all photos and media you upload, or are properly licensed to use them.
• Content must not include nudity, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Occasionz may use automated and manual review to screen uploads, and may remove or refuse any content that violates this policy.

Conduct

• No fake reviews, rating manipulation, or misleading claims.
• Do not take Occasionz-sourced customers off-platform to avoid platform terms.
• Respond to booking requests promptly and honor confirmed bookings.

Violations may result in content removal, listing suspension, or account termination.
